All sales are final.
We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any item, for any reason, once an order has been confirmed. This applies to every charm we make, without exception.
Why we don't offer them
Every charm is made to order, by hand, in small batches. Beads are strung, knotted, and finished one at a time — which means each piece takes real time and materials that can't be resold or reused once it's made for you. Because of this, we're not able to accept exchanges, returns, or refunds after an order is placed.
Before you order
Since every sale is final, please take a moment to confirm the details with us over DM before paying:
- The exact charm design and colours you want
- Whether you want a phone strap or a bag/keyring attachment
- Your full shipping details, spelled correctly
Handmade, not identical
Because each charm is strung by hand, small variations in bead placement, colour, or shine are normal and expected — they're part of what makes a handmade piece yours, not a defect. These natural variations are not eligible for a return or refund.
Questions
Can I exchange my charm for a different design?
No. Once an order is confirmed, it can't be swapped for another charm, colour, or style.
What if I ordered the wrong thing by mistake?
Please double-check your design, colour, and shipping details with us over DM before you pay — we're happy to confirm everything with you first. Once an order is placed, we're not able to change or cancel it.
Do you offer store credit instead of a refund?
No, we don't offer store credit, exchanges, returns, or refunds under any circumstances.
